REVITALIZATE aims to educate participants in Comprehensive Health who are being invited to increase knowledge and practices in Physical, Emotional and Financial Health. Through the experience of the Crisálida Center for Research and Human Development and its group of experts who have designed diagnoses and pre-post tests so that each participant can graphically show progress when living the entire experience.It consists of a six-month tour in which the participants who are summoned by the Companies (Collaborators and family members), must take a general Questionnaire and then enter each of the topics where they carry out an initial pre-test, then watch an educational video of the topic per week, they carry out challenges that seek to seal the learning of the concepts agreed upon per week. Later, on the common wall, they share the challenges carried out and can receive comments and like among the participants of each profile or target: Participating Company Collaborators, Worker (Guest Family), Non-Worker (Guest Family), Young People (Guest Family). They can consult the experts throughout the experience and at the end of each topic and month, carry out a post test that seeks to demonstrate the progress in the knowledge and practices acquired.Within the App there is an event room so that during the month you can also see the live talks by the experts in charge of each topic. The topics to work on are: Physical Health, Emotional Health, Financial Health, Life Purpose, Personal Productivity and Integrating my Experience to live 100%.Once people enter, they earn points as they progress through each of the steps that the App asks you for. Within the common wall, you can also see the points that each person earns and the points that the Company is earning, also by department. In this way, each Company can be motivated to generate an internal dynamic to try to win by increasing the motivation of its staff and family towards a culture of Integral Health and Well-being.Once the Experience is completed, the winning Companies will be recognized at a closing event where recognition will be given to the Companies that have obtained the most points.Companies can also see their reports integrating the demographics with the results of their tests to also see in a massive way the progress of their participants, including a series of social information that can help them generate improvement actions and us as a research center propose also improvement actions at the individual, business, community and country level.
